These are seasonal and are usually available in the Autumn through to spring.

What this Includes:

Whole Lamb Carcass (usually 18-24kg in weight) - Cut up to your own specific requirements.

• 2 shoulders (Whole Bone In, Boned and rolled whole or halved, Diced or Minced).

• 2 Legs (Whole Bone In, Butterflied whole, Boned and rolled whole or halved).

• 2 Racks (Whole rack of lamb, Cut into individual cutlets, Whole Cannon 'Fillet' of lamb).

• 1 Loin (Cut into individual Barnsley or halved into loin chops, Whole Loin Saddle or Half loin fillet boned and rolled).

• 1 Neck (Whole, Diced, Minced).

• 1 Belly (Whole or Minced).

Vacuum Packed, Freezer ready packaging.

Depending on your cutting/butchering requirements will determine the final packed meat weights (the weight listed above is final hanging carcass weight, by removing bones for boned and rolled joints etc will reduce the final butchered packed weight).
